We value transparency and honesty – that’s why you’ll find our listings thoroughly describe and show the bag’s condition on our website.  We encourage our customers to thoroughly review the product description and photos on our website before placing any orders and would be more than happy to provide our customers with more photos on request. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on items if you change your mind.  However, if you change your mind on an item, the item will be considered for our BuyBack Program (if eligible).

We stand by the authenticity of our items.  While we are confident that our bags are authentic, we do offer 100% money back in the unlikely event that an item is proven to be unauthentic by a trusted authenticator.
