WHAT IS CONSIGNMENT?

Consignment means that we will sell your items for you. You leave your items with us for a certain period of time (our normal consignment term is 90 days) while we do all the hard work in trying to get your item sold. After the consignment period, you will be paid if the goods have sold. If they are unsold you can choose to take them away.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Step 1 - Fill out the Inquiry Form

Fill out the Consignment Inquiry Form with your contact details and item details

Step 2 - Wait for Bagaholic Appraisal

Bagaholic will process your inquiry as soon as possible (usually within 1 week) and email you with an appraisal based on the information provided. Bagaholic may decline your inquiry if the item is not suitable for sale through Bagaholic’s sales channels.

Step 3 - Consignment Agreement Signed

Should you choose to accept the Appraised Sell Price, Bagaholic will send you a Consignment Agreement. Please return the signed and dated Agreement to Bagaholic. You will also be asked to provide a form of formal I.D. for identification verification purposes.

Step 4 - Send your items to Bagaholic

You can drop off or courier your Consignment Items to Bagaholic’s showroom in Epsom, Auckland. If you choose to use a courier service, please make sure items are well packed (inside a good quality box to avoid damages during transit) and parcels are tracked.

Step 5 - Consignment Items will be examined and authenticated before acceptance

Your consignment items will be examined and authenticated by the Bagaholic team upon receipt (it may take up to 2 weeks to process the item). Accepted items will be processed for sale.

Step 6 - Sit back, Relax, and Get Paid

Bagaholic will take photos of your item(s) and market the item via our various sales channels. You will get paid the proceeds of sale less our commission to your designated bank account within 7 days of the sale of the item(s).
